A traditional Bavarian dark lager showcasing rich malt depth. Toasted bread and caramel intertwine with subtle chocolate undertones — soft, clean, and refreshingly malty.

TASTING NOTES:
Appearance: Pours a deep mahogany with a pillowy, deep light-tan head. Brilliant clarity with deep red highlights when held to light. Light sticky lacing as foam dissipates.
Aroma: Rich malt character is immediately apparent on the nose thanks to the Admiral Malt, with supporting notes of dark chocolate, fresh toast, and very light coffee.
Flavor: Pleasantly restrained sweetness in contrast to the richness presented on the nose. The grist bill lends just enough sweetness to mellow the lightly roasted/coffee character, lending to a smooth finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body and appropriately carbonated to avoid too much carbonic bite.
